My philosophy is that wine can be enjoyed by many people, not just one segment of the population. With on-going wine tastings and informative wine classes, people will be able to sample the total wine experience and open up to tasting wines they would never have considered before. I have proven time and again that wine needs to be tried and experienced for the individual to develop and expand their tastes.
