Rose - Atavus Vineyard

The Rose is made from 100% Pinot Noir. The fruit was picked at a low brix level and gently pressed to create a refreshingly crisp wine that is also low in alcohol. The juice was fermented in neutral French Oak barrels and aged briefly for six months. The resulting wine is vibrant with a light salmon-colored hue as a result of minimal skin contact. Grown at 1700′ elevation, making it the highest vineyards in Washington. $19.99
